Returns & Refunds policy

At Jewells Town, we offer a Return Policy onlyno refunds are issued.

You can return your order within 7 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason. However, refunds are not provided; you will receive a store credit or gift voucher instead, which you can use for your future purchases.

To initiate a return, you must notify us via a clear statement by emailing jewellstown@gmail.com.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The goods must be purchased within the last 30 days.

  • The goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed.

  • Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

  • Perishable items or those past expiry.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item does not meet these conditions.
