Shipping Policy

We currently offer shipping within India.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

We strive to deliver all products within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation. However, delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location and external factors beyond our control (such as courier delays, holidays, weather conditions, etc.).

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In case of significant delays, we will contact you via email or phone.

Delivery Address

Please ensure the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Currently, we may offer free shipping on eligible orders, subject to terms displayed at the time of purchase.

Delivery Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

We recommend customers monitor their tracking details for updates regarding the expected delivery date.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping charges. In such cases, please contact us to arrange redelivery.

Damages

Jewells Town is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
